What does Suloare sell?
Suloare offers folding bamboo bed trays, portable lap desks, breakfast trays, picnic tables, reading surfaces, laptop trays, pet-bowl trays, storage-equipped tables, and other adaptable household surfaces.
Are all products made from bamboo?
No. Materials vary by product and may include bamboo, wood, woven surfaces, fabric storage components, plastic, metal fittings, cork, or combinations of materials.

Will natural bamboo products look exactly like the photographs?
Not always. Bamboo and wood can vary in grain, color, tone, and pattern. Screen settings and lighting can also affect appearance.
Reasonable natural variations are not necessarily defects.
Use and Safety
Can I sit or stand on the table?
No. These products are designed as portable surfaces and must not be used as seats, stools, steps, or supports for body weight.
How much weight can the table hold?
Capacity varies by product. Follow the stated limit on the product page or included instructions.
If no limit is displayed, do not assume the product can support heavy equipment or body weight.
Can children use the table?
Children should use the product only with appropriate adult supervision.
Adults should open and close folding legs for younger children because hinges can create pinch points.
Can I use it on a bed or sofa?
Only if the table can stand evenly and securely. Soft or uneven surfaces may reduce stability.
Avoid placing hot, heavy, sharp, or easily spilled items on an unstable surface.
How should I clean bamboo or wood?
Wipe the surface with a soft, slightly damp cloth and dry it promptly.
Do not soak the product, place it in a dishwasher, or expose it to prolonged moisture unless the product instructions expressly allow it.
Avoid abrasive cleaners and harsh chemicals.
Can I use the table outdoors?
Selected products may be suitable for temporary outdoor use. Unless expressly described as weatherproof, do not leave the product outdoors or expose it to rain, strong sunlight, or prolonged humidity.
Orders and Shipping
How long does processing take?
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery is normally 5–12 business days after dispatch. Delivery dates are estimates.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Email service@suloare.com immediately.
We will attempt to help if fulfillment has not begun, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed after processing starts.
Why did only part of my order arrive?
Products may be shipped separately. Check the shipping confirmation for additional tracking numbers.
Returns and Problems
What if a product arrives damaged?
Contact us within 7 days after delivery and provide photographs of the product, damage, packaging, and shipping label.
Do not use a table with a cracked leg, damaged hinge, unstable structure, or exposed sharp edge.
Can I return a product?
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days after delivery, subject to the Return and Refund Policy.
Where should I send the return?
Contact us before shipping anything. The registered business address is not automatically the return destination.
When will my refund arrive?
After an approved refund is issued, the bank or payment provider usually requires 5–10 business days to display it.
